All over the country more and more people are discovering the varied and interesting ways that a good charcuterie board can be put together. Jerkies are being used, along with a variety of smoked meats and spreads as well as sweet jams and jellies to provide a balance to the savory items that already populate charcuterie boards in the minds of many people.
