In 2015, Will Harris partnered with Jaime & Kurt Oriol to be among the first to welcome Iberian Hogs, a Spanish national treasure, to the United States. Cured for 3+ years at La Quercia in Norwalk Iowa, customers can expect our Jamón Iberico to be unlike anything they've ever had before. While Iberico pork might taste differently than White Oak Pastures' heritage pork, the hogs live a very similar lifestyle.

All of our hogs are Certified Non-GMO, Certified Humane and EOV (Ecological Outcome Verified) in the Land2Market Program. All of our livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, and added growth hormones.
