Green Tomato Jam

Our Organic garden is known for its bounty of peppers, okra and eggplant. Like all other vegetables that we grow, what can't be consumed fresh in our on farm restaurant is preserved for your enjoyment later in the year. We can do more than just fry up our green tomatoes! Try this jam! Comes in a 16 oz jar.

Ingredients:Organic Green Tomatoes, Sugar, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Water, Salt, Pectin, and Lemon Juice.

Please note, this item is seasonal and is harvested each year from May to November.
