If you aren't quite ready to roast a whole bird, then allow us to hand-butcher it for you! Our 8-way chickens are Medium (3-4 pound birds) that are cut up into 8 pieces: breasts, wings, legs and thighs. When cooking them, keep in mind they have less fat than commodity chickens. As with all lean animals more moisture and less cooking time yield the best results.
