Butchered in our on-farm processing abattoir, each steak is hand-cut to perfection on our farm. Not every pasture-raised animal is alike, so we take our time butchering piece by piece, step by step. Make your meal a meaningful one with one of our signature cuts. Our cattle are a Step 4 in the Global Animal Partnership, Certified Grassfed by the American Grassfed Association, Certified Humane and Ecological Outcome Verified in the Land2Market Program. All of our livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, and added growth hormones.
