Grassfed Beef 1/8 Bull

On our farm, we don't castrate our male cattle, which leaves us with a few hundred bulls to process every year. In addition to maintaining a closed-loop genetic approach to creating our own breed of cattle, we are excited to offer our customers a unique product not widely available. Can you imagine the testosterone running through these 1,000-pound beasts? It takes the Carnivore Diet to another level.

Bull meat is treated like a delicacy in Europe, and it is lean with little fat. We encourage you to use slow-roasting and braising methods for these cuts to yield a flavorful dish. If not cooked carefully over low heat and a long cooking time, this meat can be tough. But it's certainly worth the time it takes to do it right. This beef is robust!

The 1/8 bull is shipped with the following items:

(1) 6 oz. Tenderloin Steak
(2) 12 oz. NY Strip Steak

(1) 1.5 lb. London Broil
(2) 1 lb. Bottom Round Steak
(3) 1 lb. Stew Beef
(3) 1 lb. Stir Fry
(15) 1 lb. Ground Beef (90/10)

• This bundle contains approximately 35 lbs. of Grassfed Bull Beef
• The items in the bundle are not adjustable.
• Freezer space needed: 2 cubic feet
• Fresh (unaged) ships frozen
