Our Iberico Bacon is one of our best sellers. After trimming sometimes we are left with the cured bacon ends and pieces that didn't make the cut for a full slice. In this case, the left overs aren't so bad after all....This item ships in 12 ounce packs.
Ingredients: Iberico Pork Jowl, Kosher Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, Black Pepper, Celery Powder, Cherry Powder. This bacon contains no nitrites except for those naturally occurring in Celery and Cherry Powder.
Please note that Iberian pork has a very high fat content, even compared to our pastured pork. Many of these cuts have a substantial amount of fat still attached, which is intentional. Cooked low and slow, the fat is the best part of Iberico pork! If you prefer more muscle meat for this cut, we recommend looking at our pastured pork offerings.
