Our aged steaks are hand-cut and aged 21 days to perfection in our abattoir. Aging makes this steak more tender and brings out it's natural flavor. You might have noticed some of the most prestigious steakhouses only serve aged steaks. Since these steaks have already been aged, please just thaw and enjoy once delivered.
