Allan's bacon does contain sugar as well as smoke, and for our customers who like sugar and smoke, this is certainly the bacon for you. The pork used in this product is not White Oak Pastures pork. 

Ingredients: Pork Belly, Salt, Brown Sugar, and Pepper. No nitrites were used in the production of this product.
