A blend of our ground grassfed beef (80%) and naturally cured Iberico bacon (20%) from our prized Iberico pigs. No where in the world will you find a burger blend like this. If you love the flavor and texture of our delicious grassfed beef, but you get bacon crazy, then this is the blend for you.

Ingredients: White Oak Pastures Grassfed Beef, Iberico Pork, Kosher Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, Black Pepper, Celery Powder, Cherry Powder. This bacon contains no nitrites except for those naturally occurring in Celery and Cherry Powder
