Lodging Terms & Conditions
1. Guests will prepay at booking.
2. The guests have read and understand the cancellation policy: Full refunds are issued with a 72-hour notice; unless you have booked 3 or more cabins for the same time period then a 14-day notice needs to be given for a full refund.
3. Card info will be held for 24 hours following departure. Guests are responsible for any damages or loss to property that occurs during their stay unless otherwise disclosed and arranged before check-out. The guests will be contacted about the damages, prior to any charge.
4. Guests agree to leave all farm gates closed/open as they were found. Barnyard area is for viewing only and guests are not allowed to enter this area.
5. Guests assume all risk and are responsible for taking necessary precautions to prevent injury and ensure safe wildlife/farm experiences.

6. Guests understand that there will be no discounts for inconvenience or distress caused by nature, including weather, animals, or insects. We are an organic farm in the Deep South where rain, mud, heat, and humidity, as well as bugs, reptiles (snakes and alligators) and rodents all live in harmony. During and after heavy rain events the roads to the Pond House and Forrest Cabins will require 4-wheel drive. In the event of our power outage, the water will shut off. Please visit the General Store if needed. The Pond House (House is on a Peninsula with water on 3 sides) has been known to have alligator sightings!
7. Please contact the General Store with any creature concerns, questions regarding mud, power or outages. If power returns, but not water, please contact Jodi Benoit ASAP: (229) 641-2081, (229)220-4614
8. Early Check-Ins Fee: $50.00. Late Check-Out Fee: (after 11am) $50.00. Switching Cabins could result in a $100.00 inconvenience fee
9. Pet Fees: $75.00 for the first pet and $50.00 for each additional pet
10. The guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and keeping the pets on a leash.
11. Lost keys cost $35 to replace. Please simply leave the key(s) on the table when checking out.
12. Please do not put food/garbage down the sink drain – there is no disposal! Guests will be responsible for any damage associated with food in the sink drain.
