This ride includes a 30 minute tour through our small town of Bluffton.

Join our Equine Team for a one hour lesson tailored to improve your skillset and experience.

• $50 per lesson drop in rate
• $200 prepaid option for 5 lessons a month, paid monthly on the 1st

If you’re coming to Bluffton to eat lunch or visit for the day and you would like to spend time with one of our horses, this is for you!

You will get an hour of time with one (1) horse and a White Oak Pastures dedicated handler. The handler can offer a lead line for small children + they can groom and feed snacks.

 This is perfect for a family outing appropriate for children as young as 5!

This ride includes a tour through our small town of Bluffton as well as riding through our pastures to see the grazing herds (cows, turkeys, hogs, sheep, goats, and native wildlife).

Riders as young as 5 may participate in the Bluffton Ride and the Hour with Equine. 

Children must be at least ten (10) years old to go on a trail ride. A legal guardian must accompany children under the age of 18 years old. No more than three (3) children per ride.

Helmets must be worn by any riders under the age of eighteen (18). 

For children that are not old enough to go on a trail ride, or families visiting the farm, we offer the Bluffton Ride, an Hour with Equine, or Pony Rides for children outside the White Oak Pastures General store at these given times.

We require riders to wear long pants and preferably boots with a heel. For safety reasons, absolutely no open toed shoes or Crocs are allowed. 

Yes! Horses are only meant to carry 15% of their weight so we have a 220 lbs limit to protect the health and safety of our animals.

No, no experience is needed! 

We can support up to six (6) people per ride.

In order to maximize our livestock’s impact on pasture, we move our herds and flocks frequently. This results in there being no guarantee to see all the animals mentioned in one trail ride. However, we will do our best to expose you to as much as possible.
