Tools & Tips for Using Tallow Workshop

Beef fat is the new oil! At White Oak Pastures, we are aiming to help conquer the collective fear of fat and share what we’ve learned about this versatile wonder product. Join us for a full day of fat – literally! 

Topics discussed:

• How tallow is rendered every day at White Oak Pastures.
• How to create tallow products such as soaps, candles, body washes, etc.
• How to cook with beef tallow.

A homemade, farm-cooked lunch is included, and of course, it will be cooked with beef tallow. Attendees will also get a tour of White Oak Pastures, as well as a close look at our Makerspace, where we create all of our tallow products. We look forward to having you in Bluffton to meet our Makers!

 If your travel plans include flying, please note that the closest airports to our farm are a bit too far for ride sharing services such as Uber or Lyft. We recommend making arrangements for a rental car to ensure you have adequate transportation.
