Our Blackberry Wine Sausages are our latest addition to our premium line of sausages. Expertly blended with our pasture-raised heritage pork, these sausages are crafted into a delicious blend of real blackberries, wildflower honey from our on-farm apiary, perfectly paired with local blackberry wine from Still Pond Winery. This versatile sausage is great for grilling or pan frying, and will be a delicious addition to any menu as a premium sausage. 

Ingredients: Pastured Pork, Blackberries, Honey, Blackberry Wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Spices Including Fennel, Black Pepper, Red Crushed Pepper, Packed in Natural Pork Casing. (Wine Contains Sulfites)
