Raw Wildflower Honey

White Oak Pastures' beehives are nestled in both our organic garden and fruit and nut orchard. They also forage our 3,000 acre farm. Our bees roam among blackberries, muscadines, apples, peaches, pears, and nectarines, as well as the native flowering species found in our nearby pastures. Wildflower honey is a rich, sweet treat for us all and an ingredient in many of our favorite sauces. Available in 3 sizes or a tube bundle of 16 honey straws.

*In the winter months, you may notice your honey looks a bit different than usual. It can look lumpy, grainy, or solid. (See single jar picture) This is called crystallized honey. It is still safe and delicious; it just means the honey hasn't been overheated or filtered to remove its natural properties. You can easily reliquify it by gently warming it in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water.
