All cattle at White Oak Pastures are grass-fed and grass-finished. Processed in our on-farm, USDA-inspected, zero-waste processing abattoir, our beef never leaves our possession until it's en route to our customers. All of our steaks, roasts, organs, and bones are hand-butchered the old-fashioned way: by a man with a knife.
Our cattle are Certified Grassfed by the American Grassfed Association and Ecological Outcome Verified in the Land2Market Program.
