Ground Bison

Ground bison is a terrific protein with a flavor profile that is mildly earthy, not gamey. Bison is typically very lean and ground bison is a great grind to use for burgers, pastas, nachos, or anything else that you might use for ground beef! It has a slightly sweeter taste than ground beef and is high in iron.
