This custom blend is made up of: 90/10 ground beef (70%), Beef Liver (10%), Beef Heart (5%), Beef Spleen (2.5%), Beef Kidney (5%), Beef Fat (7.5%).
All cattle at White Oak Pastures are grass-fed and grass-finished. Processed in our on-farm, USDA-inspected, zero-waste processing abattoir, our beef never leaves our possession until it's en route to our customers.
