Blood Sausage, or Morcilla in some cultures, is a culinary staple in many cultures.
For this recipe, we use our own pasture raised pork and add beef blood to a Bratwurst seasoning to create a unique sausage with a White Oak Pastures flavor profile that is high in Vitamin B-12, Iron and also has minerals such as Zinc, Copper and Phosphorus which contribute to a more healthy sausage and a healthy body.
Ingredients: Pastured Pork, Beef Blood, Dehydrated Onions, Corn Syrup solids, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Spice extractives, Packed in a Natural Pork Casing.
