- All birds ship frozen the week of November 16th to November 20th, arriving in time for Thanksgiving.
All turkeys (and any add-on items) will be delivered by November 23rd, the Monday before Thanksgiving. This will guarantee you have enough time to thaw your turkey before cooking.

NOTE: If you notice dark-colored spots on your White Oak Pastures Holiday Turkey, please don't be alarmed! This is very common in slow-growing birds that have dark feathers. In fact, it's simply clusters of pigment in the skin which will fade during cooking. The meat is delicious and safe to consume.
