Our passion is raising livestock with high animal welfare and regenerative production practices for conscious consumers. We quickly learned that in order to do just that for a living, we needed to be able to process them ourselves on the farm. In building processing abattoirs on the farm and vertically integrating our production system, we have learned that managing inventory is incredibly important. From time to time, we have an abundance of items to move, or new items to release.
