Pastured Whole Boston Butt

This 6-7 pound roast comes from the front shoulder and includes the blade bone.  Not only is a roast this size a good value, but it can feed several people at one sitting easily. This roast has a higher fat content than our pork chops, and that fat is a flavor booster once it's been smoked or roasted. This is a very tender and flavorful roast!
