We sourced this product from our friends at Honest Bison who have done a great job providing this delicious meat to us with the same focus on the land, the animals, and the overall welfare of the planet, just like White Oak Pastures does. Their elk are farm-raised and free to forage as they would naturally, eating a combination of native grasses, wild grains, bark, and berries.
